1. Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Platform" refers to the vvzgad website, mobile applications, and all associated services operated under the domain vvzgad.cam and any subdomains thereof.
• "User," "You," "Your," and "Member" refer to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "We," "Us," "Our," and "vvzgad" refer to the operators of the Platform, including all employees, agents, partners, and affiliates.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by a Member to access Platform services.
• "Services" refers to all gambling, betting, gaming, and entertainment products offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sportsbook wagering, live casino games, slot machines, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (online cockfighting), and poker.
• "Deposit" refers to the transfer of funds from a User's external account into their vvzgad Account wallet.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a User's vvzgad Account wallet to their external bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency address.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a User on any game, event, or outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free bets, free spins, or other incentives credited to a User's Account as part of a promotional campaign.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vvzgad. By registering an Account, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without modification or reservation.
3. You acknowledge that vvzgad may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updated terms on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
4. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates, as you remain bound by the most current version published on the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Use of the vvzgad Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

3.1 Age Requirement

You are at least 21 years of age. vvzgad operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. All new Accounts are subject to identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures to confirm that the Account holder meets the minimum age requirement. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

You are a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. vvzgad does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific location. If you are uncertain about the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction, you should consult with a qualified legal professional before using the Platform.

3.3 Capacity to Contract

You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not subject to any legal disability, restriction, or court order that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or using the Platform.

3.4 Single Account Policy

You may register only one (1) Account per person. Duplicate accounts (multiple accounts registered by the same individual) are strictly prohibited. vvzgad reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, and confiscate any funds or winnings obtained through the use of duplicate accounts. This includes accounts registered using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different personal details but belonging to the same individual.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account on vvzgad, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth
• Residential address
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Secure password meeting vvzgad's complexity requirements
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR is the default)

You agree to keep your Account information accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or suspension of your Account.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

vvzgad is required by law and by the terms of its gaming license to verify the identity of all Account holders. Within 72 hours of Account registration, or before your first withdrawal request (whichever occurs first), you will be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting:

• A clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months)
• Additional documentation as reasonably requested by vvzgad's compliance team

Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may be restricted from placing wagers or making withdrawals until verification is complete. vvzgad reserves the right to request re-verification at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party
• Notify vvzgad immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public computers

vvzgad is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

vvzgad accepts deposits via the following methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified:

• Indonesian Banks: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (Tether) on TRC20 and ERC20 networks

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank and e-wallet methods, and the equivalent of Rp 100.000 for cryptocurrency deposits at the prevailing exchange rate. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are credited to your Account wallet instantly. In rare cases where technical issues or banking delays occur, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your Account. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

5.3 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals may be requested to any bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency address that you have registered and verified with vvzgad. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000, with a maximum daily withdrawal limit of Rp 100.000.000. Higher limits may be available to VIP tier members.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

vvzgad processes withdrawal requests according to the following schedule:

• Bronze and Silver Tier Members: 3–10 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests initiated outside business hours are processed on the next business day.
• Gold Tier Members: Instant processing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no additional review step.

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 may be subject to additional security review and may take up to 24 hours to process. vvzgad reserves the right to request additional identity verification before releasing funds.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

To prevent money laundering and fraud, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time (i.e., turnover equal to or greater than the deposit amount) before a withdrawal can be requested. Withdrawals requested before meeting the minimum turnover requirement will be declined, and the funds will remain in your Account wallet.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals (withdrawals to an account not owned by the Account holder) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

vvzgad offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Promotions page of the Platform and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement for vvzgad bonuses is 10x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 200.000 bonus requires Rp 2.000.000 in total wagers before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

Different game categories contribute toward wagering requirements at different rates:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino Games: 20% contribution
• Sports Betting: 50% contribution (minimum odds 1.50)
• Togel and Sabung Ayam: 30% contribution

6.3 Bonus Abuse

vvzgad reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate any Account, if it determines (in its sole discretion) that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Colluding with other Members to exploit bonuses
• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., simultaneous opposite bets)
• Depositing funds solely to claim a bonus with no genuine intent to play

6.4 Maximum Bonus Winnings

Unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms, the maximum amount that can be won and withdrawn from bonus funds is 10x the original bonus amount. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 General Rules

All wagers placed on the vvzgad Platform are final and cannot be canceled or amended once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your wagers are correct before confirmation. vvzgad is not liable for any errors in wager selection made by the User.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or erroneous odds display, vvzgad reserves the right to void all affected wagers and refund stakes. vvzgad will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users via email or Account notification.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, the following rules apply:

• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, all wagers remain valid.
• If a match is postponed for more than 48 hours or canceled entirely, all single wagers are voided and stakes refunded. In accumulator bets, the voided selection is treated as a non-runner (odds of 1.00).
• For live in-play bets, if a match is abandoned after kickoff, bets on markets that have been unconditionally determined (e.g., first goal scorer, total goals over/under if the line has already been crossed) are settled as normal. All other live bets are voided.

7.3 Casino and Slot Rules

All casino games and slot machines use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel. RTP represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage and is calculated over millions of game rounds.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot spin, the game round will continue to completion on the server side, and the result will be recorded in your Account history. You can view the outcome by reopening the game or checking your transaction history.

7.4 Togel and Sabung Ayam Rules

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted by independent third-party operators, and results are published on the vvzgad Platform within minutes of the draw conclusion. All togel bets are final once the draw time has passed.

Sabung ayam (online cockfighting) streams are broadcast live from internationally licensed arenas. Bet settlement is based on the official result declared by the arena referee. In the event of a technical issue affecting the live stream, bets remain valid and are settled based on the official arena result, even if the stream was unavailable to some Users.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vvzgad Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

8.1 Underage Gambling

Any attempt to register or use the Platform by an individual under the age of 21 is prohibited.

8.2 Fraudulent Activity

Use of stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or any form of payment fraud is prohibited. vvzgad cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation and prosecution of payment fraud.

8.3 Collusion and Match-Fixing

Any attempt to collude with other Users, manipulate game outcomes, or profit from knowledge of match-fixing or insider information is prohibited. vvzgad employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and will void all related wagers and close Accounts found to be involved in such activities.

8.4 Money Laundering

vvzgad operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Depositing funds with no genuine intent to wager, or using the Platform to transfer funds between accounts, is prohibited. Suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

8.5 Automated Betting (Bots)

Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place wagers without direct human input is prohibited. Accounts found to be using automated betting systems will be permanently closed.

8.6 Exploitation of Errors

Deliberate exploitation of software errors, incorrect odds, or technical vulnerabilities is prohibited. If you discover an error that results in a financial advantage, you are required to notify vvzgad immediately and refrain from exploiting it. Failure to do so will result in confiscation of winnings obtained through the error.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 No Warranty

The vvzgad Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. vvzgad does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vvzgad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if vvzgad has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall vvzgad's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9.3 Force Majeure

vvzgad is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, or any other force majeure event.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance in your Account wallet will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and verification procedures.

10.2 Termination by vvzgad

vvzgad reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8
• vvzgad suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested
• Your Account has been inactive (no login or wager) for more than 12 consecutive months

Upon termination, vvzgad will return any remaining Account balance to you, minus any amounts owed to vvzgad, provided that the funds were obtained legitimately and all verification requirements have been met.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. vvzgad reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the Account balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vvzgad holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and vvzgad, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting vvzgad customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

11.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
